Richmond, VA, November 8, 2023 – PeakLogix, an Alta Material Handling company, is pleased to announce that Phil Dismore has joined as a Systems Sales Engineer covering the Nashville, TN area.
Dismore is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience managing complex projects and driving sales growth in the telecommunications, networking, and material handling industries.
Throughout his career, Dismore has leveraged his technical knowledge and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions for clients. As a consultant and senior project manager, he successfully managed integrations for large enterprises using Avaya and Extreme networking platforms across multiple sites. He led cross-functional teams to implement new systems on time and under budget.
Dismore also gained valuable expertise in material handling solutions while working for American Conveyor Group. He was involved in system sales, engineering and design, controls programming, and implementation of integrated solutions for distribution centers and production facilities. He consistently met and exceeded yearly sales targets.
Before PeakLogix, Dismore was a Sales Manager, developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts. He consistently grew revenue and expanded market share by assessing client needs and providing tailored solutions that drove results.
As a Systems Sales Engineer, Dismore will draw on his strong technical background in project design and execution to drive new sales opportunities in Nashville and surrounding regions for PeakLogix. His consultative approach and proven ability to deliver customized material handling solutions make him well-suited for this role.

Dismore holds an MBA in Business Technology and a BS in Organizational/Business Leadership from Bethel University. He will be based in Burns, TN, just outside of Nashville, and serve clients across the region.
