On March 23, we convened regional business leaders to learn about the economic trends facing the industry and economy in whole.
The presentation, led by Ann Battle Macheras of The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, yielded an encouraging discussion regarding the opportunities and challenges of the industry over the next 18-24 months, including:

- Recruiting and training of skilled labor to support the pivot to automation
